Challenge

We’ve been the agency responsible for this event since 2010. Every year the challenge is different but the goal remains the same – create and implement, at a great workers’ meeting, a concept that reflects well the Super Bock Group’s message that it intends to pass on to its employees and design a memorable event.

Approach

As the entity responsible for the overall production of the event we need to take care of: concept creation, development of all the communication aspects, the general coordination of the alignment, audio-visual production control, hiring the presenter, staff, catering, the group dynamics and all the related logistics.
