National Gastronomy Day

Challenge

Celebrate national gastronomy day, established as the last Sunday of May of each year by the Portuguese Parliament, through a public event that was able to enhance the most traditional recipes, in an up-to-date manner that attracts a large audience.

Approach

We created the event's identity, implemented all related actions and established partnerships with a wide range of players that allowed us to celebrate it in a notable manner - with more than fifty exhibitors at each edition, concerts, showcooking, exhibitions and institutional events that distinguished people who have been very significant in Portugal and in the defence of our gastronomy. About 50,000 people have attended the event over the two years.
