Within the scope of the Portugal Digital Export project which is a project to promote the use of digital channels in the internationalization of Portuguese SMEs, a concerted communication action was foreseen in 5 different markets: Germany, United States of America, Macau and the United Kingdom. The campaign aimed to promote the Portuguese offer online and affirm Portugal in the international context of the digital market.


We proposed the use of a hashtag: #pickportugal for the international campaign. This “brand” would serve as an answer to the questions posed in the campaign, which were intended to function as a call to action. In addition to the generic image, we created secondary images, which highlighted 9 Portuguese sectors of activity, represented by the 9 finalist companies of the Digital Awards by AEP contest, also launched within the scope of Portugal Digital Export.
